Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

Marquee turns a short description into a designed landing page. This policy explains what we collect to make that work, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

How we use it

To run your account, generate and host your pages, process payments, send service emails (such as sign-in and billing messages), keep Marquee secure, and understand how the product is used. We do not sell your personal information. Your prompts and uploads are sent to our AI provider only to generate the pages you ask for.

Published pages

A page you publish to a link is public to anyone with that link. Pages you have not published are visible only to you.

Cookies

We use a signed session cookie to keep you logged in, and cookies or similar storage for sign-in security and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay signed in.

Third-party processors

We share data with these services only as needed to run Marquee:

We also use analytics and error-monitoring tools to measure usage and catch bugs. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

Retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems within 30 days, except where we must keep records, such as billing records, to meet legal obligations. Backups roll off on a regular schedule.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or to delete your account, email hello@marquee.page from the address on your account.

Children

Marquee is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will let you know by email or in the app.
